Reefer Rebel, LLC ("Reefer Rebel," "we," "us," or "our") operates reeferrebel.com, an adults-only website for people age 18 and older. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices available to you when you visit the site, create an account, join our email list, contact support, or place an order.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the store, we may collect:

• Contact information, including your name, email address, telephone number, and billing or shipping address.
• Account information, including your username, password credentials in protected form, saved addresses, preferences, and account activity.
• Order and transaction information, including products, sizes, quantities, discounts, shipping method, order status, payment status, refunds, and customer-service history.
• Newsletter information, including your email address, optional name and preferences, consent record, verification status, subscription status, and unsubscribe or suppression history.
• Support content you choose to send, including messages, order details, and photographs of a product or package.
• Device and site-use information, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages requested, cookie identifiers, and security or diagnostic events.
• Payment and fraud-prevention information returned by the payment provider, such as authorization status, transaction identifiers, and risk signals.
• Adult-confirmation and policy-consent records associated with an account, newsletter signup, or order.

We do not intend to receive or store full payment-card numbers on Reefer Rebel servers. Payment details are entered into secure fields provided by the payment service available at checkout.

Do not send full payment-card or bank-account numbers, account passwords, government identification numbers, health information, information about a person under 18, or other sensitive personal information through support, order notes, reviews, or other free-text fields.

How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from service providers involved in operating the store. Those providers may include WooCommerce, hosting and security services, payment processors, Printful as our print-on-demand fulfillment provider, carriers, and email-delivery services.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Run the website, cart, checkout, customer accounts, and support desk.
• Review, accept, produce, ship, track, cancel, return, replace, or refund orders.
• Send transactional messages about your account, order, shipment, return, refund, or support request.
• Verify newsletter signups, honor preferences and unsubscribes, and send marketing email only when the applicable collection and sending controls are enabled.
• Calculate shipping and taxes, maintain accounting records, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
• Secure the store, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, and enforce our policies.
• Understand and improve site performance, products, communications, and customer experience.

When We Disclose Information

We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

• Print-on-demand and fulfillment providers that produce and ship an order.
• Payment processors and fraud-prevention services that authorize and protect transactions.
• Carriers and address or tracking services that deliver packages.
• Website hosting, infrastructure, security, email, and customer-support providers.
• Accounting, tax, legal, insurance, and other professional advisers.
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or a good-faith need to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of the store.
• A buyer, successor, or adviser involved in a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections where applicable.

Service providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not authorize them to use Reefer Rebel customer information for unrelated purposes. Information may be processed in the United States or another jurisdiction where a provider operates, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The site uses essential technologies needed for functions such as security, cart continuity, checkout, account login, and saved preferences. Optional analytics, advertising, and cross-context behavioral advertising are currently disabled. If those practices change, we will update this Policy and provide the consent or opt-out controls required before or when they are enabled.

Browser controls can limit cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the store from working correctly.

Because the current site does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, it does not offer a separate cookie-based sale or sharing opt-out. Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, we will treat the signal as a request for the browser or device that sent it. Apart from legally required signals, the site does not currently respond differently to a browser's "Do Not Track" setting because no uniform response standard applies and optional behavioral tracking is disabled.

Email and Newsletter Choices

Transactional messages about an order, account, security event, or support request are not marketing messages. Marketing email, when offered, is limited to adults age 18 and older, requires the applicable signup and verification process, and includes an unsubscribe method. By joining the email list, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We keep suppression records so we can continue to honor an unsubscribe request.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected. The principal criteria are:

• Order, payment-status, tax, and accounting records are kept for the periods required for tax, accounting, chargeback, warranty, and legal obligations.
• Support records are generally kept for up to 365 days after the request is closed, unless the record is connected to an order, dispute, safety issue, fraud review, or legal hold that requires longer retention.
• Account records are kept while the account remains open and afterward only as needed for security, transactions, suppression, disputes, or law.
• Newsletter consent, verification, and subscription records are kept while the subscription is active. Unsubscribe and suppression records are retained as needed to continue honoring the request.
• Security and diagnostic records are kept for a limited period based on operational security, fraud-prevention, and incident-response needs.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.

Reviews, Comments, and Public Submissions

Product reviews and public comments are currently disabled. Support messages, claim photographs, and order notes are private operational submissions and are not published or used in marketing without additional permission. If public reviews or comments are enabled later, we will explain what is public, update this Policy as needed, and use moderation practices that do not suppress a review merely because it expresses a negative opinion.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and our operations. No system, storage method, or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your Privacy Choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to exercise another privacy right available under applicable law. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we may retain information when permitted or required for orders, taxes, accounting, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, or suppression records.

Adults Only and Minors

The site, customer accounts, email list, shopping features, and interactive services are intended only for adults age 18 and older. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to create an account, join the email list, submit content, or place an order. Adult confirmation is required at the interactive collection points made available by the store.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, do not use parental consent to permit a minor to use interactive store features, and do not knowingly send a minor's personal information to the fulfillment provider. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to us, email [email protected] with the subject line "Minor Privacy Request." We will review the request and take reasonable steps to delete the information and close the account as appropriate, subject to applicable law and records we are legally required to retain.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the store, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective or reviewed date. If a change materially affects how we use information, we will provide additional notice when required.
