These notices supplement the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy for people in the United States. The law of your state may give you rights in addition to the store policies. Nothing here limits a right that cannot legally be waived.

Nationwide Store Scope

Reefer Rebel sells apparel and lifestyle merchandise. Cannabis-culture references are cultural and expressive; they are not an offer to sell, deliver, refer, or facilitate cannabis, CBD, THC, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, medical products, or cannabis services.

The current storefront and its interactive features are intended only for adults age 18 and older and supported U.S. shipping addresses. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to create an account, join the email list, submit content, or place an order. We may decline or cancel an order when a destination, product, provider rule, sanctions requirement, tax obligation, or other legal restriction prevents us from completing it.

State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain states may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information. Depending on the law and whether it applies to Reefer Rebel, a resident may also have rights to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive information; to appeal a denied request; and to receive equal service and pricing for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request" and identify your state of residence and the right you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity and authority. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and any appeal method required by applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. Reefer Rebel's current storefront does not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices or tools change, we will update the Privacy Policy and provide any required opt-out method.

California Privacy Notice

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, when that law applies. Those rights can include requests to know, delete, or correct personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising a right.

The categories of information we collect, sources, business purposes, disclosures, retention approach, and request method are described in the Privacy Policy. Reefer Rebel does not offer a financial incentive for personal information. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, subject to verification requirements.

California Proposition 65

California Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings before exposing California consumers to certain listed chemicals at levels that require a warning. A warning is product- and exposure-specific; it does not mean that every Reefer Rebel product requires one.

When supplier information or our review indicates that a warning is required, a clearly associated warning is shown on the product display page and again in the cart or checkout before purchase. The supplier must also provide the applicable warning on or with the product or its immediate packaging when required. Packaging alone does not replace the online warning, and this general section is not a warning for any particular product.

Reefer Rebel uses the Printful catalog product identifier and supplier model as the primary automatic match for known warnings. The warning registry is reviewed against current supplier information before a warned product can pass the store's release checks. California customers should review the warning associated with the specific product before purchase.

Arizona Notice

Reefer Rebel, LLC is an Arizona limited liability company. Arizona law governs the Terms of Service except where another applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived. Reefer Rebel does not offer or facilitate marijuana transactions, cannabis delivery, referrals, medical advice, or dispensary services.

Arizona transaction privilege tax and other applicable taxes may be collected as required based on the order and shipping destination.

Taxes and Fees

Sales tax, transaction privilege tax, and similar charges vary by state, locality, product, and destination. The amount shown at checkout controls the amount collected for an order. You remain responsible for a use tax or similar obligation that applicable law places directly on you and that the store is not required to collect.

Shipping and Consumer Rights

Reefer Rebel currently ships only to supported U.S. addresses. A carrier, fulfillment provider, platform, payment service, tax rule, product warning, or other legal requirement may make a particular product or destination unavailable.

State law may provide additional warranty, cancellation, shipping-delay, return, refund, or consumer-protection rights. The Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy do not replace those non-waivable rights.

The Returns and Refunds Policy is linked from product and checkout decision surfaces and is available in writing on request. Product-specific final-sale language does not eliminate remedies for a damaged, defective, materially incorrect, or missing item or another non-waivable right.

Changes in Store Scope

These notices are written for an apparel and lifestyle merchandise store. They must be reviewed before Reefer Rebel adds international shipping, youth-directed products, regulated goods, cannabis-licensee collaborations, cannabis-event promotions, advertising tied to a licensed cannabis product or service, or another materially different business activity.
