Complete policy

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of reeferrebel.com and purchases from Reefer Rebel, LLC ("Reefer Rebel," "we," "us," or "our"). Site-use provisions apply when you access the site. An account, newsletter signup, public submission, or order is subject to the terms and notices presented with that action. At checkout, you must affirmatively accept the Terms and Privacy Policy before placing an order. If you do not agree, do not complete the applicable action.

About Reefer Rebel

Reefer Rebel is an Arizona apparel and lifestyle merchandise brand. Cannabis-culture themes on our merchandise are cultural and expressive. We do not sell cannabis, CBD, THC, smoking devices, drug-use accessories, controlled substances, medical products, or cultivation information.

Adult-Only Site and Eligibility

The site is intended solely for adults age 18 and older. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to access or use the site, create an account, join the email list, submit content, or place an order. We do not offer a parent-or-guardian consent path for a minor to use the site.

By creating an account, joining the email list, submitting content, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. To place an order, you must also be legally able to enter into a purchase transaction. You are responsible for following laws that apply where you live.

Store Availability

Products, prices, promotions, checkout, and fulfillment may be unavailable while the storefront is under review or maintenance. Browsing a product does not promise that it is available to order. The product page and checkout, when enabled, control the current price, options, and availability.

Products and Product Information

Most products are made on demand. Product images are intended to be accurate, but colors, print placement, texture, and sizing can vary slightly because of screens, garment blanks, manufacturing tolerances, and printing processes. Review the product description and size information before ordering.

We may correct errors and change or discontinue products, designs, prices, or promotions at any time. A material change affecting an order already accepted will be handled under applicable law and these Terms.

When a product carries a product-specific safety or California Proposition 65 warning, review that warning before ordering. A general notice elsewhere on the site does not replace the warning associated with the product.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation means we received the order; it does not prevent us from reviewing or canceling it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, unavailable items, payment problems, shipping restrictions, sanctions, provider limitations, or a violation of these Terms.

We will not substitute a materially different product blank, model, color, or other item for an accepted order without your express agreement. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed with you.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, and other disclosed charges may be added at checkout. Taxes may depend on the product, order, shipping destination, and applicable law.

Payment is processed by the third-party payment service displayed at checkout. We receive the status and transaction details needed to manage the order but do not intend to store full payment-card numbers on our servers.

Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy is part of these Terms. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will provide the delay, cancellation, and refund choices required by applicable law.

Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law. Fulfillment-provider or carrier findings may inform our investigation, but they do not replace Reefer Rebel's obligations to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Our Returns and Refunds Policy is part of these Terms. Because items are made on demand, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or an incorrect size selection. We do review timely reports of damage, defects, misprints, missing items, and incorrect items. Any non-waivable rights under applicable law still apply.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions may have separate eligibility rules, dates, exclusions, or quantity limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended before an order is accepted. We may cancel use that is fraudulent, automated, or inconsistent with the promotion's stated purpose.

Accounts and Site Security

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your password and devices. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the site, introduce harmful code, scrape restricted content, or use the store for fraud or unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

The Reefer Rebel name, logos, artwork, designs, text, product names, photographs, graphics, and site content are owned by or licensed to Reefer Rebel and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary personal viewing and shopping, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use that material without written permission.

Reviews and Other Submissions

Product reviews and public comments are currently disabled. If a public-submission feature is enabled and you voluntarily submit content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful. You grant Reefer Rebel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that public submission for operating and promoting the feature in which you submitted it, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Support messages, order notes, and claim photographs are private operational submissions. We may use them to answer the request, investigate the order, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations, but we will not publish or use them in marketing without additional permission.

We are not required to publish a public submission and may remove it for disclosed, neutral reasons such as illegality, threats, harassment, personal information, spam, fraud, conflicts of interest, off-topic content, or intellectual-property infringement. We do not suppress a review merely because it expresses a negative opinion.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site depends on third parties for services such as payments, hosting, fulfillment, shipping, and email. Their services may have separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or content we do not control.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Cannabis-culture, political, satirical, or freedom-oriented content is expression and apparel branding, not medical, legal, or drug-use advice.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reefer Rebel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the site or an order. For a claim relating to an order, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

This limitation does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, an express product remedy, or another liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing Law

Arizona law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your state or another applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived.

Severability and No Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the store, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms apply prospectively from the effective date posted on this page. We will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance when required for a material change. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless permitted by law and agreed where required.
